More and more, as you go through life, you realize that life is just your mirror.
It serves no other purpose but to show you your fears, desires, judgements, your
attachments to this illusive illusion of duality. You come to know that you are not this
body, you are not these thoughts, not even these emotions...you come to see that
you are the consciousness, the witness, the "One" who sees. What do you see
when you wake up from this dream? You see that you have been dreaming, lost in the dream, thinking it was real...identifying with the dream...and now, you realize
you are the dreamer...So you start to watch and you see there is nothing to get, there
is nothing to give, and you stop grabbing for what you want, and you stop pushing
away that which you do not want...and you watch! You come to know the "Self" by
the reflection...you see your self-concepts dance before you. What do you do? You
let go! Relax! It's not you, you are the witness. Your fears come up....you let go! Your
desires come up, let go! Judgements? You'd better let go of them because there is
No One or No Thing to judge...it's all your reflection....It's the"One" the one
consciousness that looks out from every eye, hears, from every ear. You are not
this limited little being, tossed about by the winds of change, but this incredible,unlimited Being that has created this illusion of duality and then lost it's "Self" in it, by
way of the "Ego", or the personal self. But now you are awake to the truth and the
"Truth" will set you free... |
